This is a radio studio that has glass windows out to the street so you can see in and watch the radio hosts/DJs do their shows. There are also speakers on the building so you can hear what they’re saying and playing as they do their shows. They broadcast many radio shows hosted by Korean celebrities, most notable for this site though, would be SHINee’s Jonghyun, and his Blue Night radio show, which broadcasts from midnight until 2 am. (Not sure which days though, I’m not too familiar with Korean radio!)

It is near Digital Media City station, which you can get to from Line 6, the Airport Railroad, or the Gyeongui-Jungang line, OR Susaek station, (which is one stop away from Digital Media City, on the Gyeongui-Jungang line). It is closer to Susaek station though.
DISCLAIMER: I havent’ been to this place, and I’m only going off of Naver maps. It looks like MBC kind of has a whole area with a bunch of little MBC things grouped together, so I’m not exactly sure where the Garden Studio is specifically, but I can get you to the general area! Then maybe you can wander around a bit to find it ^^ Adventures!
From the map, Susaek station IS closer, but it might actually be easier to get off at Digital Media City station, take Exit 9, and just walk straight down the street, maybe 5-10 minutes(??) until you come to the media center…which is on the corner of the grounds where all the MBC stuff is.
