K-Story Cafe

Located in Myeongdong, this cafe is own by Heechul’sย  sister (I’ve also heard Heechul’s mom and I’m not sure which is correct…I think it’s his sister). It is kind of a smorgesbord of awesomeness , filled with signed memorabilia from A TON of Kpop bands, as well as a few stage outfits worn by some Kpop idols, and a small room dedicated to fan notes and fan art for Heechul.

EDIT: The last time I went, most of the merch and fan letters and…everything, was gone. ๐Ÿ˜ฆ I’m not sure where it is or why they took it all out. There are still some Super Junior things there, and music videos playing, so if you’re a SuJu fan, it’d still be worth a trip, but…it’s much less exciting than it used to be. ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

Its definitely a must-see place, in my opinion, but it can be rather easy to miss, so I’ll try make it as clear as I can!

Take subway Line 4 (light blue line), to Myeongdong Station (๋ช…๋™์—ญ- myeongdong yeok) and take Exit 6. Take a left out of Exit 6 and walk to the first corner. There will be a big Nature Republic store on your left. Turn left again, and walk a minute or two. When you see the big SPAO store on your left side, start looking for K-Story on your right side. (SPAO is a big clothing store that uses SM artists as models, so you’ll most likely see bit pictures of SM idols on the windows). K-Story is on the second floor, and it isn’t super prominent, but it does have a few signs. We walked past it like 3 times before we found it! There might be a banner standing on the ground in front of the door advertising it (I’ve seen one out before).
Keep an eye out for this sign:

    • I can’t actually find an address for this cafe ๐Ÿ˜ฆ It’s realllllyy easy to walk to though, I promise! And I should give you a heads up, I went back recently, and they had taken out almost all the merch and signed cds and…nearly everything that was cool to see. ๐Ÿ˜ฆ I don’t know why. There was still some Super Junior stuff there, and some music videos playing but that was about it. :/
