So this is kind of the most awesome Kpop-themed hostel ever, and I HIGHLY recommend it!! Its SUPER clean, really really nice, the staff and owner are lovely people, and all speak English, and there is almost always someone who can speak Korean, Chinese and….who knows what else. The staff were almost all from international countries and were really awesome! Hands down- the nicest hostel I’ve ever stayed at.

Since I can be directionally challenged, I will tell you the easiest/clearest way to get there, instead of the most direct way, because if you’re not familiar with the innards of Hongdae, it might be somewhat confusing.
- Take subway line 2, and get off at Hongik University (홍대 입구 -Hondae ipgu), and go out Exit 9.
- Go straight, out of Exit 9, and walk a few minutes until you get to the big intersection.
- Turn left, and head up that road. You’ll be walking up a hill, and you’ll pass a bunch of restaurants, and stores and businesses. Straight ahead, you’ll see the Hongik University entrance.
- Keep going straight until you get to the intersection where the university entrance is directly in front of you.
- Go straight across the street.
- Once you cross, turn left, and walk for maybe 5ish minutes. Keep count of the “alley ways” you pass on your right.
- At the third alley way, turn right, and head up the hill. The road will curve around a little bit, and you will see Kpop Stay ahead of you!

It depends on the kind of room you want. If you want your own room, it will be more expensive, but if you dont mind staying in a dorm style room, it will be cheaper. Check out their website or send them an email for exact pricing and availability!
